Weight Loss With a Side of Grace I Healthy Eating, Ditch All or Nothing Thinking, Strength Training
Hi, I'm Michelle - Health and fitness coach by day, chauffeur and snack dealer to my three kids by night.
Do you know how to lose weight, but you just can't seem to do it? Do you “eat good” all day… then lose it at night? Do sweets feel like they control you? Do you start over every Monday, live by food rules, and let the scale decide your mood? Do you avoid photos, wear the same “good enough” outfit, and wonder why weight loss feels impossible unless you’re miserable?
If that’s you, I see you. You’re not lazy or broken. You’re exhausted from carrying shame, restriction, and pressure in a body you don’t feel at home in. You’ve been trying for years, taking care of everyone else, and you just want peace with food, confidence in your clothes, and a better example for your kids.
I know what it’s like to chase “perfect” eating and still feel out of control. I used to workout all the time, but I always felt like eating healthy all the time was SO hard. I wanted to want to eat healthy, but it just wasn't the case. Then a few years back I learned that it wasn't the actual food that was keeping me stuck it was all the rules that diets had taught me over the years that made me feel like a failure in healthy eating. Now I know that you can eat the salad and the whoopie pie too and still be healthy. It was grace, structure, and learning how to eat like a healthy person without obsession.
Here you’ll learn how to:
✨break the food rules
✨stop nighttime snacking
✨feel in control around sweets
✨include workouts in an always changing schedule
✨build simple habits that work in real mom life
We’ll talk dinner systems for busy schedules, strength training as we age, mindset shifts to ditch all-or-nothing, scale freedom, and sustainable weight loss you can actually maintain.

In this episode, I’m sharing my story of weight loss, chronic dieting, food guilt, and what it looked like to finally break free from diet culture. After years of trying to do everything “right,” I found myself frustrated, stuck, and exhausted by the all-or-nothing cycle. I share how I worked toward food freedom, a healthier relationship with food, and more confidence in my body, and why I created this podcast to help other women do the same in a realistic, sustainable way.
Hope to see you inside.

You’re a busy mom trying to “eat better,” but food feels like a daily test, cookies on the counter, dinner out, Chick-fil-A on a chaotic day, and your brain spirals: “That’s bad… I blew it… I’ll start over Monday.” You’re not alone.
In this episode, I break down why labeling foods “good” or “bad” keeps you stuck in the diet cycle, and how swapping rigid rules for simple guidelines creates boundaries without guilt or obsession.
Picture using this the next time you’re tempted: you pause, choose on purpose, and move on, no shame, no spiral, no starting over. This shift helps you build consistency, peace around food, and sustainable weight loss.
